Perfect service and great value and attitude!

Recently heard about this garage and that they do a variety of services as well as selling cars. Had a couple of smalls issues I wanted fixing before doing a long drive, phoned today explained what I thought was wrong and they got me in a few hours later! The owner and his colleague were lovely, they showed me what was wrong with my car, explained how they were going to fix it and showed me the after when it was all done!! They have a very comfy seating area, free tea & coffee and even a selection of little sweets and chocolates while you wait and watch them fix your car!

Kosta was very friendly and didn't pressure me into buying at all. And he has been good at responding to the few low priority enquiries I have had about the car since I purchased it.

I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5. Unfortunately, within a couple of weeks the vehicle developed a problem. This was not an issue at all for the company. They immediately set about sorting the issue, offering a courtesy car as they did. I was kept -up-to-date during this time. Regretfully, the engine was effected. They offered an alternative car, continue to fix the problem or a full refund. I could not be more positive about how this problem was handled and resolved. Very polite and professional throughout. Thank you.

I brought a focus st when I went to view the car the salesman told me it does have a fault and even plugged it in to machine to show me. We agreed on sale and agreed he would fix the issues. As promise he fixed all issues he even cleaned the car to a very high standard. He put a fresh mot on it for me and because the garage couldn't fit the car in for the mot on the day I wanted to collect car he paid for a remap for me as a thank you for waiting that extra day. 2 weeks passed and the car developed a problem. Straight away he sent a recovery truck and picked it up and he fixed it no questions asked. I would defo recommend this garage .5 star 🌟 service. The car came with full tank of diesel, he changed cambelt . Water pump, thermostat, I couldn't ask for more .thank you

had been looking for a long time for a new car. stumbled across east coast vehicles on autotrader and so far it's the best thing I did. Kosta is not only friendly but he really cares and is so good at what he does. due to bad experiences in the past my anxiety at buying another vehicle was really high but he managed to put me at ease , talked me through everything, listened, didn't care that I brought 2 other people with me to look at it before I committed , helped sort all the paperwork and said I can return at any time for any further assistance. he really put me at ease. Great cars at great prices Kosta was very helpful & thoughtful with type of vehicle to suit and budget. He didn't rush us or try to give the whole salesman speech. His cars are clean, honest (shows all imperfections) and had all documentation. He was that genuine, we bought 2 cars! His prices are very reasonable.

Great Customer Service! Value for money.

I went to buy car on my own, didn’t have time to get somewhere like RAC to check any car I would be purchasing. Came away with a car that I love at a competitive price.
